Todd Wallace
Todd Wallace co-founded CSW Development along with Robert O’Farrell in an effort to serve their clients better. His vision, passion for leadership, and belief in the people around him took CSW from a single small retail development into one of the premier full-service development companies in Austin.  What Todd really built was a culture based around deep friendships and desire to do something great with and for people he cared about. He led with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and genuine care for others. Todd had a rare ability to open doors for those around him, lift careers through his belief in people and approach every challenge with relentless optimism and vigor.

We lost Todd July 27, 2026, after a six-year battle with cancer at the young age of 53. Those who knew him will tell you that even through a tremendous trial, Todd never had a bad day. He led with his family, his faith, and a love of people that impacted everyone around him.

His legacy lives in the relationships he built and the joy he found in spending time with people. He led by example and set the standard for how we treat one another. We carry his vision forward with the same ideals he brought to everything he did.
